Based in Edinburgh we have an excellent knowledge of the local market. As landlords ourselves, we are well equipped to advise you on all aspects of your property, including maintenance, refurbishment and general property investment advice.
Dundas Residential has a range of long term, short term and holiday rental properties in the Central Belt and the Highlands. Property Management
Dundas Residential has a portfolio of properties which we manage on behalf of our clients. From securing tenants, creating tenancy leases and rental agreements, managing rental payments and handling repair work, we can do as much, or as little as you need us to do. We have built up excellent relationships with local trades-people over the years and work only with people whom we know will respect your home as much as we do.
We provide advice on all compliance aspects of property management including the tenancy deposit scheme and inventory services. We also offer HMO management, including licence application, license renewals and fire risk assessments.
Dundas Residential covers all aspects of Property Refurbishment, Renovation and Interior Design for houses, studios, flats and apartments. We work alongside the architect and the contractors to ensure everything is completed to specification quickly, efficiently and reliably.
