Stunning main door property in beautiful Stockbridge which sleeps 6 people. This flat has recently been refurbished and enjoys a lovely bright sitting room, eat in kitchen and separate dining area. The property has one large double room, one smaller double room and a room with double bed and day bed.

The property is on a quiet street on the water of Leith, yet in the heart of the city. With all the main attractions within walking distance Edinburgh accommodation doesn't get much better than this! Stockbridge has something of a village atmosphere about it, although it is only a ten to fifteen minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. It is alongside the Water of Leith one of the main rivers running through Edinburgh. The area has a great selection of delis, shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs.

Inverleith Park is the nearest park in the area, a large expanse of green only a 5 minute walk. The Botanic Gardens are also extremely close, a 10 minute walk. There are also beautiful walks along the river. It really is a fantastic location for getting about too, there is a main bus route at the end of the street which takes you around Edinburgh, although it is an easy walk into the city centre and to most of the tourist attractions.

There are a couple of steps up to the door of the property, other than that the property is all on one level and it has its own front door. Guests have access to the whole property- it is your home from home for the weekend! We will try and meet you on arrival or we have a key box where we can leave the keys allowing for a bit of flexibility.
