This beautifully renovated Villa sleeps 8-10 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathroom and a private swimming pool. It is just 4 km from Cannes-Croisette in a quiet spot with sea views. You can also walk to the beach easily- this is an ideal spot.

You will love the open living-dining area, modern kitchen and the big swimming pool ( can be fenced for children). You will also enjoy the big summer room and the enclosed garden and terraces.

Guests have access to the whole property, we want people to make it their home for the duration of their stay. Perfect for a family holiday or holiday with friends.

There is free on street parking outside the property.

We arrange for guests to be welcomed on arrival and then leave them to enjoy their stay.

It is only a 15min- 20min walk to the beach and you are so close to Cannes Croisette (4 km). Nice is only a 25min drive away or you can get a bus from the airport to very close to the property. This is a beautiful and luxurious area of France- lovely restaurants, markets and coastline.
