Broughton Street, Georgian style flat  

We transformed this traditional 2 bedroom Georgian tenement flat on Broughton Street into a bigger and brighter 3 bedroom contemporary property. The decor of this flat hadn’t been touched for years, there was a real retro vibe going on, especially with the bathroom wallpaper.  

We redesigned the layout into an open plan kitchen and living room which allowed us to create a further bedroom in the old kitchen.  We painted throughout and replaced some slightly tired fixtures and fittings with more modern versions. We replaced the wallpapers however kept a slight nod to the retro with our geometric wallpaper in the small loo.
