Renovation
Dundas Street, Georgian style flat
Our recent project was the renovation and conversion of a Georgian property, formerly a student flat, in Edinburgh’s New Town. This involved the redesign and reconfiguration of the layout to incorporate an ensuite bathroom linked to the master bedroom. We reduced the number of bedrooms in order to achieve this. The ethos behind this was to create a more natural feeling of space in keeping with the period of the property. We also created a large, dining kitchen which works with today’s trend for sociable living.

The remit of this project was to create a luxurious interior with a contemporary twist. Bold use of colour and opulent textures were used throughout to to work in harmony with with the dramatic scale and heights of the rooms.
