Strathearn Place, Edinburgh

We converted this dated two bed property into a modern and spacious three bedroom one, complete with open plan living and dining area.

We took special care in reconfiguring the space to make sure that the original features were retained and refurbished.

This was a sitting room with adjoining box room. We turned the box room into a kitchen and opened the whole area up resulting in a bright, airy, modern living space.

In modernising this property, we gave the bathroom a complete overhaul with a focus on a style and practicality in doing so. Bold use of colour and opulent textures were used throughout to to work in harmony with with the dramatic scale and heights of the rooms.

We were able to add a third bedroom by reconfiguring the living space. What was the kitchen would become the new bedroom.
